GLS will contact you, or put a note in your mailbox that tells you how to get your package.
Your package can always be tracked with the sent tracing number, which you receive when your order is sent from ONME.

As soon as the item is back in our warehouse and processed, we will send the money back to the card you have used on the site, which can take up to 3 working days until you have your money.
We deliver within 1 - 3 working days. * However, in special cases there may be delays in connection with major launches or illness
